Update USCG SSC Website Case Studies

Objective:

To assess the current SSC website case studies for possible improvement and provide new case studies that increase the appreciation of structural issues which are unique to the shipbuilding industry.

The new case studies will include: MSC CARLA, PRESTIGE, examples of recent structural failures in SWATH vessels, recurring stress fractures and structural weakening of double hulling and single hulled tank barges, and patterns in bulker design failures responsible for over 300 lives within the past 10 years.
