Development of Structural Health Monitoring Prototype for Ship Structures
Overview:
A description of the project's background, objective, scope, expectations and deliverables.
The goal of SSC SR-1468 is to develop and demonstrate a portable structural health monitoring system to address the Navy's need to evaluate and manage the structural performance of ships in order to achieve full design life and reduce life cycle costs.
Forum:
An online bulletin board (forum) with four pre-set threads to discuss the Statement of Work, Kick-off Meeting, Interim Reporting, and Final Reporting is available for the PTC members to use to conversate, review deliverables, comment and suggest changes. The forum is moderated by the project chair. Access to comment on and edit documents in the forum is restricted to PTC members however members of the public are welcome to view all postings.
